- What are the payment methods you accept?
We accpet many types of payment:
- Paypal ( Credit card / Debit card / Bank transfer )
- Credit card - Pay through Paypal. You can pay WITHOUT creating a Paypal account.
- If you can't use Paypal, please contact us.
- Do you have stock?
Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Our inventory level is real-time updated and you can check the availability of each product through its product detail page.
We reserve the items you purchase once your payment is received. So, please make your payment immediately after placing your order to secure your items.
An in-stock item can be dispatched (sent out) within 1-2 working days.
A customized/made-to-order item needs extra time for production. Production time varies from few days to several weeks, depending on brands, and models. Once the production finishes, your whole order will be dispatched promptly. Please check the production time on each product detail page
- How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on shipping methods. There are 2 shipping methods: Regular registered airmail and Express mail. All products are shipped from Thailand.
Shipping Method Delivery time (after dispatch) Regular registered airmail 2-3 weeks to US, UK, Australia, Germany, Japan, etc.
2-4 weeks to Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, etc.
3-12 weeks to Canada, Brazil (Delay due to internal processes of Post)
3-7 weeks to Argentina, Peru, etc.
3-9 weeks to Russia (Delay due to internal processes of Russian Post)Express mail by DHL/UPS/FedEx 3-5 business days to most countries Express mail by EMS 3-7 business days to most countries
7-30 days to Russia (Delay due to internal processes of Russian Post)* Security check/customs processes can delay the delivery. Also, in some period of the year such as November and December delivery time will be longer. Please understand that it is beyond our control.
- What is the tracking number? How to track my parcel?
Please log in here: Your Account. Click on the order number to see the details of your order. Tracking number is shown above your shipping address. You can click "Track" to track your order.
- What is the current status of my order?
Please log in here: Your Account. You will see the status of your latest orders. Meaning of the status:
- Unpaid - Your order is unpaid. Please make a payment so that we can process your order.
- In production - Your made-to-order items are being made.
- Prepare to ship - We are processing and packing your order. Your order is being shipped soon.
- Shipped - Your order has been shipped out.
To see more details of each order, you can click on the order number.
- Can I make some changes to my order before shipped?
It depends. If all the items you order are in stock, it's not possible to make any change as we normally dispatch your order immediately. For an order with some made-to-order/customized items, changing is sometimes possible within the first 48 hours. However, if the production of the items has been started, changing is not possible. Therefore, before submitting your order, please make sure that your order are correct.
- Can you ship to my country/location? How much is the shipping cost to my address?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping rate is calculated automatically when you put an item into your shopping cart. Shipping cost depends on weight, volume, and destination countries. In case that your location/country is not listed, please contact us.
- Will I get some discounts on shipping when purchasing multiple items?
Yes, you will save shipping cost when buying multiple items. The shipping cost will be reduced when you buy more than one item. The shipping cost is calculated automatically and shown in your shopping cart. .
- How can I select a size that fits me?
Please consult our size-guide page at size guide page.
- I may place a large order. Can you offer a special whoelsale price?
Wholesale lots are welcome. we can offer good deal. Please contact us for more detail.
- I have a promo coupon code. Where can I use it?
A coupon code can be used during you're checking out. On the order review page (the last page before you submit your order), there is a box where you can put your coupon in.
- I don't receive any emai or reply from MuayThaiFactory.com. Why? and What can I do?
We make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days. If you don't receive our emails, please do check the BULK/SPAM folder. Sometimes, free email services like YAHOO! and HOTMAIL sort our emails incorrectly as SPAM.
To ensure that you will not miss our emails, please follow the below instruction:
Use Yahoo! email?
If you use Yahoo! email, please follow the below instruction to whitelist our email address so that you will not miss our emails. (Sometimes, Yahoo sorts our emails incorrectly as SPAM.)- Open your Yahoo mailbox.
- Click Options (usually Upper Right Corner)
- Click Filters (Middle Column)
- Click Add Filter
- In the filter name box, type MuayThaiFactory
- In the top row, labeled From header, make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
- Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, enter service@muaythaifactory.com
- At the bottom, where it says Move the message to:, select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
- Click the Add Filter button again.
Use HOTMAIL email?
If you are using Hotmail, you can ensure that our emails are delivered to your Inbox by adding our "From" address to your Safe List.
Here's how:- Click the Options link (upper right of screen).
- Click on the Mail link (left column)
- Click on Junk E-Mail Protection (first link).
- Click on Junk E-Mail Filter (first link).
- From the selection list,choose Enhanced, then click OK.
- Click on Safe List. (the fifth link down from top)
- In the space Type an address or domain:, enter MuayThaiFactory.com
- Click the Add button.
