- Refund / Exchange / Return policy
Customers can exchange/return products within 14 days of receipt. The exchange/return product must be in its original condition, new, unused, unwashed. A refund excluding shipping cost will be issued after we receive the returned product in original condition. The buyers are responsible for postal and other charges of returned products.
Customized/personalized products are not allowed to exchange/return.
Refund can be made either as in-store credit which can be used to purchase any items on website, or as money back to the original payment method. The processing fee may be applied depending on the payment method.
- Shipping methods and delivery time
There are 2 shipping methods: Regular registered airmail and Express mail. All products are shipped from Thailand.
In-stock items: dispatch within 1-2 working days.
Customized/Made-to-Order/Out-of-Stock items need production time varying from 1-8 weeks, depending on products (check details in each product page). Once the production finishes, the whole order will be dispatched promptly.

7-30 days to Russia (Delay due to internal processes of Russian Post)* Security check/Customs processes can delay the delivery. Also, in some period of the year such as November and December delivery time will be longer. Please understand that it is beyond our control.
- Change before shipping
If all the items you order are in stock, it is not possible to make any change as we normally dispatch your order immediately. For an order with some made-to-order/customized items, changing is sometimes possible within the first 48 hours. However, if the production of the items has been started, changing is not possible. Therefore, before submitting your order, please make sure that your order are correct.
- Customs - Import duty/Tax
Items sent from one country to another country may cause import duty/tax. The Customs check packages and sometimes collect import duty/tax while sometimes they do not charge for duty/tax. It depends on value of the items, policy of each country, decision of Customs staff, and also the shipping methods.
We do not include import duty/tax in the price. In case there is any import duty/tax, buyers are responsible for them. Please contact the Customs office of your country for more information regarding the rate.
Due to the new regulation of EU from 1-July-2021, every parcel from abroad will be charged for import duty. We do not include import duty/tax in the price. So, you may need to pay for import duty when the parcel arrives your country.
- Unclaimed/refused parcel
If your parcel returns to us with some reasons e.g. wrong shipping address, unclaimed by addressee, refused by addressee, etc, we can resend the parcel with a charge. In case the parcel gets lost on the way back, it can not be processed further. No refund will be issued in all cases.
